Evening Wine
I do enjoy wine.
Especially around autumn, I seem to find myself wanting a glass of wine, or a cold beer on occasion evenings.
It's nice to sit outside in the evening when the sun sets, enjoy the cool air and a drink while relaxing from a long day.

Games in MN
The summer meeting in Minneapolis had another huge Company picnic this year, complete with a full blown hockey tournament, and of course - the infamous volleyball tournament.
I played again this year,... I always forget how much fun it is! :)
I love these meetings, because we always have photographers taking pictures around all of the events, and videographers documenting everything, walking into meeting rooms - gathering all the best footage to put together short films they show us on the big presentation screens in the ballroom.
There were huge buffets, open bars, lawn games, drawings, a raffle, vendor booths, and wii stations set up.
It was a good night.

Caprock Canyon State Park
Over Labor Day weekend, the babes and I took the long weekend to visit Caprock Canyon State Park.
We decided to take the pup for his first real camping adventure!
We hiked to the highest point in the park, took the canoe out for an evening of fishing, and made foil dinners after a long day.
Everything we did, little man stuck right by us.
He was such a good boy.
He was able to walk about 3 miles (which was much more than I thought he would be able to do!!) before it started getting really hot out, and we wouldn't let him walk anymore.
What we didn't anticipate was the heat. Wow, it was hot... thick, unbearable, disgusting heat.
Needless to say, we made the decision to leave one night early and use our extra day to do something at home.
It was a fun little family getaway, but we were all thankful to be out of the heat when we left!

I've been using it for roughly 6 months now, and I've been pleased with the difference it has made.

Fall Scents...
So, I whored out a little bit at BBW last week.
By now, we all know it's my favorite time of year again!!!

The only thing I didn't stock up on was 3 wick candles, which I will do when they go on sale :)
I was a bit disappointed they didn't bring all the scents back from last year, and the new scents were really laced heavily with baked good scents.
That being said, they did bring back my few favorites:
Leaves, Autumn, and Sweater Weather.
I bought a scentportable of their new scents Flannel, and one wallflower refill of Autumn Sky to test them out and see how I liked them.
I still have a bunch of Leaves Wallflower refills and some 3-wick candles left from last year, and some other things I got throughout the year - so I didn't need a TON but I did get a few things:

Minneapolis Skylines
I'm still working on my pictures from Minneapolis this year.

Below are some photos I was able to take of Downtown Minneapolis.
Fortunately, most of my visits to Minneapolis are in the warmer months so I am able to enjoy the very clean, downtown area of the city :)

One of my favorite things about big cities is that I can walk everywhere.
I love taking walks in the evenings, walking to lunch/dinner, or just to grab a drink with friends.
I always use these opportunities to take photos, which makes it all the more enjoyable!
