I've been wanting one for so long.
With all of my other piercings (and tattoos), I knew what I wanted - so I made it happen.
Problem with my desire for a surface piercing is that I can't decide how many I want, or where to get it/them....
I like the idea of the back of my neck, but I love so many other locations for these as well....
....ribs, chest/breast, behind the ear, hips, spine, entwined into an exsisting tattoo....
gah! #decisions
Soon enough, I will make a decision and have yet annnother piercing! lol :-)

They just seem so weird to me. Can you take them out while you sleep? I would be afraid they would get snagged on the blankets or something if you couldnt. Yeah...seems a bit weird but yet kinda cool at the same time.
A friend has 2 symmetric dermals right under her collar bones and then a surface barbell on the back of her neck, they all look really good! And another friend had a dermal right under her eye/high cheekbone but had to get it removed cause of her new job. I'm also having the itch to get a new piercing!
